COURSE ORGANISATION AND SYLLABUS

French Food
National Diploma ; Teaching language : English ; Length : 2 academic years ; Location : Toulouse ; 1 or 2 academic years

COURSE ORGANISATION 

This Master is in compliance with the European Credit Transfer System.
The programme consists of a common core of 20 modules and a custom-made curriculum, designed by each student according to his/her field of interest and career project.

Teaching methods 

Teaching methods include lectures, tutorials, seminars, practical work, case studies, teamwork. 
Developing communication skills and autonomy is one of the programme objectives.

Semester 1
Two refresher courses (out of three on offer)
+ nine compulsory modules
30 ECTS
Semester 2
Six compulsory modules
+ a tutored individual project , relevant to your intended choice of specialization
30 ECTS
Semester 3
Six compulsory modules
+ one module of specialization (out of 5),chosen with a career project in mind
30 ECTS
Semester 4
A six-month internship in a laboratory or in a company, with completion of a research project leading to the final Master thesis report
